About Titan Shot It

Titan Shot It is a photography, videography and visual storytelling brand operating in the UK.

References in these terms to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Titan Shot It. References to “you” or “the client” mean the person or organisation requesting or purchasing our services.

Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry submitted through this website, by email, telephone, WhatsApp or another communication channel does not by itself create a confirmed booking.

Where appropriate, we will provide information about the proposed service, scope of work, price, deliverables and other relevant project details before a booking is confirmed.

Quotations may be based on the information available when they are prepared. If the scope or requirements of a project change, any resulting changes to price, deliverables or timescales should be agreed before additional work is undertaken.

Bookings

A booking becomes confirmed when the applicable booking requirements communicated to you have been completed and confirmation has been provided by Titan Shot It.

Those requirements may include acceptance of a quotation, written confirmation, payment of an agreed deposit or other arrangements specified for the particular project.

Project dates remain subject to availability until the booking has been confirmed.

Prices and payment

The price for a project and any applicable payment schedule will be communicated as part of the quotation, booking confirmation or other written agreement.

Where a deposit or advance payment is required, its amount, purpose and applicable conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Any additional work requested outside the originally agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which should be agreed before that additional work is carried out.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably necessary for us to plan and deliver the agreed services.

This may include:

• Accurate project, event, venue and contact information.
• Relevant dates, timings and access arrangements.
• Informing us of material changes to the agreed brief.
• Obtaining permissions or access that are your responsibility at the location or venue.
• Cooperating reasonably with us so the agreed work can be carried out safely and effectively.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please contact Titan Shot It as soon as reasonably possible.

Any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements, including the treatment of deposits or advance payments, will depend on the applicable booking agreement, the circumstances of the cancellation and any rights provided by law.

Any amount retained or charged following a cancellation will be subject to applicable consumer law and will take account of relevant circumstances and losses.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory cancellation or refund rights that you may have.

Photography, filming and creative conditions

Photography and filmmaking are affected by circumstances such as lighting, weather, location conditions, venue restrictions, available shooting time, access and the actions of people attending an event or production.

We will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill while working within the conditions reasonably available at the time.

Creative approach and editing

Titan Shot It provides services using its professional and creative judgement while taking account of the agreed project brief.

Selection, composition, colour treatment, editing, sequencing and other creative decisions may form part of our professional approach unless specific requirements have been agreed in writing beforehand.

Requests for additional editing or revisions outside the agreed project scope may require additional time and may be subject to an additional agreed charge.

Delivery of your project

The expected deliverables, delivery method and estimated timeframe will be communicated for the individual project.

Any delivery date described as an estimate may be affected by the nature and scale of the project, requested revisions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a specific deadline is essential to your project, please make this known before confirming the booking so that it can be expressly agreed where possible.

Copyright and use of creative work

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and other applicable intellectual property rights in photographs, films, edits and other original creative material produced by Titan Shot It remain with their respective copyright owner.

The client may be granted permission to use delivered work for the purposes agreed for the particular project. Any specific commercial usage, licensing, exclusivity or transfer of rights should be agreed separately in writing.

Nothing in these terms transfers copyright or other intellectual property rights unless such a transfer is expressly agreed in writing.

Portfolio and promotional use

Titan Shot It will respect any specific agreement made with a client concerning the use of project material for portfolio, website, social media, advertising or other promotional purposes.

Where permission is required or has been specifically agreed as part of a project, material will be used in accordance with that permission and applicable law.

Additional care may be appropriate for private events, confidential projects or material involving children or other sensitive circumstances.

Venues and third parties

Some projects may involve venues, suppliers, platforms or other third parties that are not controlled by Titan Shot It.

We are not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third parties, although we will take reasonable steps within our control to deliver the agreed services.

Events outside reasonable control

Circumstances outside reasonable control may occasionally affect the ability of either party to perform the agreed services.

Where this happens, we will communicate with you as soon as reasonably practicable and seek an appropriate solution having regard to the circumstances, the booking agreement and applicable law.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Complaints and concerns

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact Titan Shot It as soon as possible and provide enough information for us to understand the issue.

We will consider the matter and seek to respond reasonably and appropriately.

Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements.

Changes published after a booking has already been agreed will not automatically replace the terms applicable to that booking.

The latest website version will be published on this page.

Governing law

These terms and any contract between you and Titan Shot It are subject to the applicable laws and legal rights of the United Kingdom jurisdiction relevant to the contract.

If you are a consumer, nothing in this section is intended to deprive you of any mandatory legal protections or rights available to you.
